Buying fulfillment centers and warehouses in the industrial and logistics sector in the United States in 2023 was highly recommended by industry experts. Approximately 37.8 percent of experts recommended buying fulfillment centers, while only 21.4 percent recommended selling. On the other hand, manufacturing centers were the most recommended to be held in 2023 according to 54.1 percent of industry expert respondents.
