GB: energy supplier consumer satisfaction 2022

In the last quarter of 2022, 67 percent of consumers surveyed in Great Britain were satisfied with their energy supplier. Meanwhile, 13 percent of respondents were dissatisfied. The satisfaction of British consumers with their energy supplier has been on a steady decline since the second quarter of 2020.
