Share of employees satisfied with their job in Norway 2019, by age group
The level of job satisfaction in Norway was high among all age groups in 2019. However, there were some differences. People aged 45 to 66 years were most satisfied, with 92 percent responding that they were satisfied with their job. This was seven percentage points higher than people between 18 and 24 years of age. Job satisfaction levels remained high through the last 20 years.
