Colombia: public rating of institutions 2022

Almost nine out of every ten respondents of a survey conducted in February 2022 in Colombia claimed that they had an unfavorable opinion on the National Liberation Army (ELN) and the Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces (FARC), both radical left-wing guerrilla movements. On the other hand, 60.7 percent of respondents had a favorable opinion on the Catholic church, the institution with the best public opinion among those listed in the survey, followed by the military forces and businessmen. Even the best-regarded institutions had an unfavorable opinion among three to four out of every ten Colombians.
