In 2022, Greece was the European country with the lowest rate of employees in construction as a share of all jobs in the economy overall. The average rate for the European Union as a whole was 6.67 percent. Luxembourg was the country with the highest share of construction employees at 10.45 percent, followed by Cyprus at 8.9 percent.
