Intention to demonstrate against pension reform in France 2023, by status
The day before the mobilization against pension reform scheduled for January 19, 2023, more than one quarter of French people (27 percent) were considering going to the demonstration.
Those most likely to go to the demonstration were workers (45 percent), craftsmen or merchants (40 percent), and employees (36 percent). Conversely, only 14 percent of people already retired, and therefore not affected by the reform, planned to protest.
