According to a survey on software purchases conducted in Australia in 2022, personalised training was the most valuable factor for the companies when onboarding new software solutions, with 41 percent of respondents voting for this variant. This was followed by a ‘knowledge hub for self-training/tutorials’ and ‘flexible workflows adapted to user types’ factors, with 40 percent participants choosing each variant.
