Movie theater attendance frequency post-pandemic in the U.S. 2023, by generation
In 2023, 14 percent of American GenZers reported an increased movie theater attendance post-pandemic, while 27 percent were less interested in watching movies in theaters. On the other hand, Millennials and GenXers, with 18 and ten percent respectively, went more frequency to the cinema compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic.
