Self-storage operators' profit expectations in Europe 2023
In 2023, most self-storage operators in Europe expected continual improvements in profitability for the next one year. The share of self-storage operators who expected continual improvements in profitability stood at 78 percent. Only a small proportion of self-storage operators anticipated significant improvements in profitability, comprising nine percent of the respondents. However, a small percentage of self-storage operators anticipated a slight dip in profitability, accounting for eight percent of respondents.
