Role of creativity for business executives in their organization Saudi Arabia 2022
In a survey conducted in 2022, 66 percent of Saudi business executives said that they strongly agree that their organization's long-term success depends upon its ability to foster creative ideas that can transform the business. Whereas, only 40 percent of executives strongly agreed that their organization fosters innovation by encouraging risk-taking and allowing room for failure.
