Japan: user expectations on online delivery time 2023

According to a survey conducted in March 2023 in Japan, the majority of shoppers stated that they expected online orders of perishables, processed food and prepared food to be delivered within one day and earlier. In contrast, around 43 percent of respondents expected interior goods and furniture to be delivered within one week.
