This statistic shows how consumers in Great Britain felt about switching energy suppliers in 2015, by age. 50 percent of 35 to 64 year olds surveyed were happy with their supplier(s), as well as 52 percent of the 65+ age group. In general the share of those happy with their suppliers was significantly higher than those who considered switching a hassle or were sceptical about doing it. Two percent of customers in the 65+ age bracket were in debt with their current suppliers.
