The share of consumers in Great Britain who changed their gas supplier dropped over the years, from 17 percent in 2009 to four percent in 2015. The share of those who did not switch suppliers, or did not know if they had, increased, from 83 percent in 2009 to 96 percent in 2015. In 2019, the share of those who changed their gas supplier increased to 24 percent.
