U.S. capacity utilization of plastics by type 2020

The United States' capacity utilization for plastics and rubber products decreased from 76.1 percent in January 2020 to 70.8 percent by March 2020. Plastic materials and resins also saw a capacity utilization decrease of three percent during that timeframe.
