Northern Ireland: victims of offences against the person 2006-2016 This statistic shows the share of respondents who had been a victim of crimes against the person in the twelve months preceding the survey in Northern Ireland from 2006/2007 to 2015/2016. Despite fluctuations, there was an overall decrease of 1.7 percent over this ten year period. The peak of personal crime was reported in 2006/2007, with 4.3 percent of respondents being victimized. 2014/2015 marked the time period with the lowest rate of personal offences at 2.5 percent of respondents.
