This statistic shows the prospects of investment in residential privately rented real estate on the property market in Europe from 2014 to 2017. Approximately 53 percent of respondents expect good prospects of an investment in that subsector in 2016. This share declined to 44 percent in 2017. In contrast, 35 percent of the respondents expressed very good prospects in 2017.
