Secured loans on dwellings includes all home purchase loans and remortgaging. It can be seen that the value of lump sum repayments of secured loans on dwellings increased overall during this period, reaching a total of more than 4.4 billion British pounds as of the second quarter of 2019. The largest amount of lump sum repayments on secured loans was found in the second quarter of 2015, when approximately 4.64 billion British pounds of repayments were recorded.
