Netherlands: manufacture of beer employees 2020

The number of employees in the beer manufacturing industry in the Netherlands saw no significant changes in 2020 in comparison to the previous year 2019 and remained at around 5802 employees. In comparison to 2019, the number of employees decreased not significantly by 80 employees (-1.36 percent).
According to Eurostat employed persons are all persons aged 15 and over who performed work, even for just one hour per week, for pay, profit or family gain during the reference week or were not at work but had a job or business from which they were temporarily absent because of, for instance, illness, holidays, industrial dispute, and education or training.
