Textile retail: net revenues in Germany 2021

This statistic shows the annual net revenues in the textile retail industry in Germany from 2002 to 2021. For the purpose of this statistic, textiles include household textiles, fabrics and sewing accessories, but exclude clothing. In 2021, businesses dealing mainly or exclusively in textiles generated revenues of roughly 4.53 billion euros.

Only companies with an annual revenue of at least 22,000 euros (prior to 2019: 17,500 euros; prior to 2003: 16,620 euros) were included. Some figures were taken from previous reports. From 2009 onwards, figures are not completely comparable to those of previous year due to changes in economic sector classifications.
