According to 44 percent of industry expert respondents, West Palm Beach would be a good place to purchase retail property in 2024. However, 77 percent of respondents recommended holding onto the retail property in Salt Lake City. The highest recommendations to sell retail property were for Indianapolis and Madison by 40 percent of respondents.
