It shows that final consumption of coal by this industry increased from 2010 to 2014 from approximately 1.06 million metric tons of coal in 2010 to 1.24 million metric tons of coal in 2014, despite initially decreasing slightly in 2011. In 2018, the final consumption of coal decreased again to 609 thousand metric tons.
