This statistic illustrates the main reasons given by television viewers aged 16 years and older on why they thought the quality of TV programs got worse over the past 12 months in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2018. Of respondents, 59 percent reported they thought TV programs had gotten worse because of more repeats shown, in addition to 47 percent citing lack of variety as a reason for quality decline.
