Salvatore Ferragamo: worldwide revenues 2011-2021
Asia Pacific loves Ferragamo (and vice versa)
As many Italian luxury fashion companies, Ferragamo relies heavily on the growth in foreign markets. For example, in 2019, a large percentage of the company’s turnover originated from abroad. Moreover, a closer look at the company’s latest balance sheet highlights that revenues from Asia Pacific, excluded Japan, amounted to over 511 million euros. In relative terms, Asia Pacific was the region where Ferragamo generated the highest share of its revenue.
Leader in the leather footwear sector
Ferragamo is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of leather footwear and Italy is one of the main producers of leather footwear in Europe. The sector is world-renowned and in 2017 it generated a turnover of over 14 billion euros in the country.
