Book publishers’ revenue in Norway 2009-2021
The book publishers’ revenue in Norway decreased from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, the revenue amounted to roughly 4.4 billion Norwegian kroner, down from over 4.9 billion Norwegian kroner as of 2016. Yet, by 2020, it grew back, reaching 4.9 billion. The revenue kept growing in 2021 while reaching a new high in the examined period with more than 5.4 billion Norwegian kroner.
