The sales revenue from e-books in Norway increased in the past years, reaching a value of roughly 54.58 million Norwegian kroner in 2020. By comparison, the revenue amounted to only about three million kroner in 2011. However, the year 2021 saw a first decline of e-book revenue in the country, as the amount dropped to approximately 48 million Norwegian kroner that year.
