Preferred behavior of apparel vendors according to French consumers 2015

This statistic shows the preferences of French consumers regarding the behavior of sales staff in clothing stores in 2015. According to this survey, more than 50 percent of respondents appreciated sales staff giving advice after having asked for it. Only a minority of interviewees liked vendors taking care of them immediately when entering the clothing store. Vendors being reserved and leaving customers alone were preferred by more than 40 percent.
