Main payment channels Christmas Latin America

According to a survey carried out in 2020, 34 percent of Latin Americans surveyed preferred the debit card when going Christmas shopping that year. Cash was the second favored payment method among respondents, with 28 percent. That same year, 23 percent of respondents surveyed in Latin America said that they plan to use a credit card during the Christmas shopping season of 2020.
