During the presented period from 2011 to 2018, the retail sale of organic cookies and cakes increased overall in Norway. In 2011, the total value of organic cookies and cakes sold in retail stores amounted to roughly 1 million Norwegian kroner. In 2016, the turnover had decreased to a value of approximately 16 million Norwegian kroner. It decreased in the years that followed to about eight million Norwegian kroner.
