During the period from 2011 to 2018, the retail sale of organic herbs fluctuated in Norway. In 2011, organic herbs were sold in retail stores with a value of roughly 17 million Norwegian kroner. In 2018, the turnover had increased to a value of approximately 36 million Norwegian kroner.
