Commercial property capital values in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016, by type This statistic shows the capital value of commercial property in London versus the rest of the United Kingdom in 2016 by property type. The graph shows that the capital value of commercial retail spaces has the largest value overall at 337 billion British pounds. The graph also shows that although commercial office space is second in worth, it is in fact the most valuable of all the industries in London with 177 billion British pounds. The highest value commercial property type in the rest of the United Kingdom is retail with 236 billion British pounds.
