This statistic shows the per capita consumption volume of grains in Finland from 2007 to 2017, by type. Throughout the period under survey, wheat consumption accounted for over a half of all grain consumption in the country. In 2017, Finns consumed nearly 45 kilograms of wheat per person. The next most consumed grain was rye with a consumption volume of 15.5 kilograms per capita.
