This statistic displayed shows the influence of specialty beer sales on the hospitality sector turnover in the Netherlands in 2016. The large majority of the hospitality businesses taking part in this survey said they saw an increase of turnover from specialty beer. 16 percent answered that they saw the turnover from specialty beer increase, but that the overall turnover growth was limited because of the lower lager sales.
