This statistic shows the online banking usage for Aegon customers in the Netherlands in 2017. In 2017, 30 per cent of Aegon customers used online banking less than once a month. In 2016, the Netherlands was the country with the highest response of people who reported to already use mobile banking. Indeed, a majority of the Belgian, Luxembourg and Dutch population had access to online banking sites, increasing online banking penetration.
