The West End of London saw the largest amount of prime office take-up in the first three months of 2017 with approximately 1.05 million square meters newly rented. The central business districts (CBD) of Paris and Munich saw the second and third highest take-ups with 333.9 thousand and 238.5 thousand square meters in the first quarter of 2017.
