Distribution of domestic/imported beer sales in Vínbúðin stores in Iceland 2010-2020
Since 2010, the share of domestic beer of total beer sales in Vínbúðin stores, which the state-run chain of alcohol stores in Iceland, decreased, whereas the share of imported beers increased. In 2020, domestic beers had a share of 67 percent of the total beer sales in Vínbúðin stores. Imported beers had a share of 33 percent.
