New retail: a large percentage of the out-of-home delivery turnover is consumed at-home, and at the same time a large percentage of the delivery turnover of the at-home channels is consumed out-of-home. Next to that, non-food retailers sell food and beverages. This all creates a 'blurring' of the out-of-home and at-home concepts: the new retail.
