Share of commercial real estate investments in France 2019-2021, by investment amount
Approximately 30 percent of real estate investment transactions in France were over 200 million euros in 2021. In 2019, the share of these transactions was 45 percent. Transactions valued between 50 and 100 million euros, on the other hand grew during this period and comprised 20 percent of all investment transactions in 2021, up from 15 percent in 2019.
