Vacancy rate for office real estate in Central Paris 2013-2022
The vacancy rate of office real estate in Paris, France fluctuated between the fourth quarter of 2013 and the fourth quarter of 2022, when the vacancy rate reached a record high. Approximately 9.2 percent of office space was vacant in that quarter. Just before the coronavirus outbreak, the the vacancy rate stood at its lowest level and amounted to 4.9 percent. In Europe, the markets with the lowest share of vacant space were Berlin, Luxembourg, and Hamburg. Across the major European markets, Berlin, Luxembourg, and Hamburg had some of the lowest office vacancy rates.
