Retail land acquisition costs in Central and Eastern Europe in H1 2018

This statistic illustrates the retail land acquisition costs in Central and Eastern Europe in the first half of 2018. According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, as of the first half of 2018, land acquisitions costs for retail premises in prime locations in capital cities in Czechia were between six and seven thousand euros per square meter, this was the highest cost among the countries observed. It was followed by Poland, where costs were between 2,500 and 4,000 euros per square meter.
