TV newsroom employees in the U.S. 2017-2019, by ethnicity

According to a report conducted at the end of 2019, the majority of TV newsroom employees in the United States were White, although the share of Hispanic/Latino and African American employees both increased year on year. Asian Americans and Native Americans make up less than 2.5 percent of the total TV newsroom workforce between them, whilst White Americans account for 73.4 percent.
