Over two thirds (67.5 percent) of e-commerce users surveyed in Brazil mentioned the shipping time as one of their concerns with cross-border e-commerce in 2019. Approximately 41.3 percent of respondents said they were concerned with a tariff on imports. On the other hand, Brazilian digital consumers said lower prices were one of the main reasons for buying from international online retailers.
