Prime office yields in Germany Q2 2022, by city
The prime office yields varied slightly among five of Germany's largest cities as of the second quarter 2022. Overall, Germany's prime office property has lower than average yields for Europe at approximately three percent. Of the five cities included, Dusseldorf in the west of Germany had the highest prime office yields as of the first half of 2022.
