This publication was commissioned by Deloitte and is published annually. It presents the results of an online survey conducted in the United States among 5,018 consumers between September 13-23 regarding their holiday shopping behavior. The survey presents findings about consumers’ economic attitudes and concerns in general, their expectations and plans on holiday shopping as well as shopping time and common shopping places.
