Panama: most voted candidates in 2019 presidential elections

The statistic presents the results of the presidential elections held in Panama on May 5, 2019. Laurentino 'Nito' Cortizo was elected the new Panamanian president, having obtained around 33.4 percent of valid votes cast. In April 2019, voting intention polls had predicted Cortizo would be elected president with between 27.9 and 48.7 percent of votes cast.
