Latin America & Caribbean: swine meat production 2021, by country
In 2021, swine meat production in Brazil was forecast to reach nearly 4.45 million metric tons carcass-weight equivalent (CWE), by far the highest figure among Latin American and Caribbean countries. Meanwhile, production in Mexico was expected to add up to some 1.5 million tons that year.
