Holiday shopping timeline in Sweden 2019

In Sweden, shoppers started their holiday shopping mostly in the first half of December, the results of a consumer survey revealed. According to a 2019 study, 20 percent of shoppers in Sweden begin their holiday shopping journey between December 1-15. The second half of November, which is the period that coincides with Black Friday and Cyber Week shopping events, was only popular with 13 percent of respondents. In comparison, 16 percent of Swedish shoppers said they shop all year round.
