India: economic contribution of pulses in Rajasthan

Rajasthan accounted for about 130 billion Indian rupees from pulses to the Indian economy in fiscal year 2020. This value was significantly higher compared to fiscal year 2012. Pulses contributed over five percent to the GVA of crops that same year. The northern state made up 18 percent within the pulses sector that year.
