Awareness towards healthy eating is a significant trend in Germany. From a 2019 study conducted by Kitchen Stories among German citizens, it emerged that 61.5 percent of the people living in Germany ate very often a healthy and balanced diet during the year considered. By contrast, only 1.13 percent of the respondents stated that they didn't follow any balanced diet during 2019.
