Innovative diet programs such as intermittent fasting, low-carb, and high-protein diets have started becoming popular among citizens all over the world.
During 2019, Kitchen Stories conducted a survey in the United Kingdom (UK) to investigate whether people stayed updated on new diets. It was found that two-thirds of the people interviewed didn't keep up with new diet programs.
