Innovative diet programs such as intermittent fasting, low-carb, and high-protein diets have started becoming popular among citizens all over the world.
During 2019, Kitchen Stories conducted a survey in the United States (U.S.) to investigate whether people stayed updated on new diets. It was found that almost 63 percent of the U.S. citizens interviewed did not keep up with new trends during the period considered.
